Stebner & Canvel Mediation Services is a boutique firm specializing in medical malpractice, regulatory matters, labor & employment issues and transactional matters involving healthcare providers.

We met in 1997 as opposing counsel in a case involving a skilled nursing facility and continued to be on opposite sides of the aisle for many years to come. We hope to have a reputation for integrity, honesty, and practicality. We believe we are respected by our brothers and sisters who have opposed us over the years.

Unbelievably, we have 70+ years’ experience in litigating cases involving long term care. This company is the first of its kind. We have deep knowledge of who people are and how things work. Our connections are our strength. We are specialists, and we can get right to the point. Hire one of us, or both of us.

It’s your choice.
